National Anthem of Trinidad and Tobago - Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

Trinidad and Tobago is one of the twin islands lying at the northern tip of South America. There are several small islands out of which the islands Trinidad and Tobago are playing a major role in the geographical area. These islands consist of nine regions and single ward.
This is one of the Spanish colonies located in South America with the influence of the Columbus' visit. The group of islands were under the rule of United Kingdom till 31st August, 1962. When Trinidad and Tobago became independent, the National Anthem of Trinidad and Tobago was adopted.
"Forged from the Love of Liberty" is the National Anthem of Trinidad and Tobago. Indeed this was the National Anthem of West Indies for four years between 1958 and 1963. Later, when Trinidad and Tobago became independent, this was adopted as the National Anthem of Trinidad and Tobago. The National of Trinidad and Tobago was written and composed by Patrick Castagne.

The original lyrics of National Anthem of Trinidad and Tobago were written in English as shown below.
Forged from the love of liberty
In the fires of hope and prayer
With boundless faith in our destiny
We solemnly declare:
Side by side we stand
Islands of the blue Caribbean sea,
This our native land
We pledge our lives to thee.
Here every creed and race find an equal place,
And may God bless our nation
Here every creed and race find an equal place,

And may God bless our nation.
